We do not offer refunds
Exchanges & Store Credit
- You may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery.
- We provide an insured return shipping label.
- A $55 return fee will be deducted from your store credit for U.S. orders. (International returns may incur a higher fee.)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items (No Store Credit/Exchanges)
- Engraved or embossed items, personalized pieces, and made-to-order creations are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once the order is placed.
Shipping Notes
- We provide insured, trackable shipping labels.
- Customers are responsible for safely returning items; Kaylee & Rose is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
