Shipping Method

Production for special orders (made to order pieces) typically takes 6–9 weeks unless otherwise specified. These pieces will ship 5–7 business days after it arrives at our store from our factory.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Each item is handcrafted and made specifically for you — arriving brand new, directly from our factory — which may extend delivery time, but we promise it’s worth the wait!

Shipping Policy

  • All orders are shipped via FedEx with a standard (US) shipping cost of $55.

  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. To request this option, please email shopkayleeandrose@gmail.com.

  • All orders require a signature upon delivery.

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement only.

  • Kaylee & Rose is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs, or any unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once tracking confirms delivery, we are not liable for lost shipments.

  • International customers are responsible for all taxes and duties. In the event of an exchange, taxes, duties, and shipping fees are non-refundable & customer is responsible for any return costs.

 

Store Credit & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds

Exchanges & Store Credit 

  • You may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery.

  • We provide an insured return shipping label.

  • A $55 return fee will be deducted from your store credit for U.S. orders. (International returns may incur a higher fee.)

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items (No Store Credit/Exchanges)

  • Engraved or embossed items, personalized pieces, and made-to-order creations are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once the order is placed.

Shipping Notes

  • We provide insured, trackable shipping labels.

  • Customers are responsible for safely returning items; Kaylee & Rose is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
